How do you get my measurements?
With just two phone photos, our mobile scanning studio enables us to build a 3D body model and capture your key measurements to create your unique, perfect fit. Not into photos? No problem. We’ll send you a diagram and a measuring tape if you need one, and you can email us your measurements. We can also do a video walk-through to show you how to get them right.
Where do my photos go?
Your photos are uploaded to a data-encrypted, secure server that we call “The Vault.” We use the photos to build a 3D body model, analyze the measurements, and then delete the photos. We take privacy very seriously and no one ever sees the photos. Customer photos are never used or shared in any way.
Do I have to take photos every time I order alterations?
Once we have your measurements in your secure Fit Profile, you can re-order without taking photos or sending measurements. However, if you feel your body has possibly changed and want to take new measurements, we’ll text you a new link to take two photos, or you can email us new measurements.
How long does it take?
Once we receive your garments, it takes us one week to analyze, alter, and repair your garments. We pay for shipping both ways, so please allow 2-3 weeks total time including transit.
What if I don’t like the alterations or repairs?
We 100% guarantee every piece we alter or repair, and we will make alterations and pay for shipping back and forth until you are 100% happy with your perfect fit.
Where are your garments altered and repaired?
Each piece is personally tailored in our Reno, Nevada, sewing studio by our expert team of seamstresses.
